In 2021, Neolook secured a paid development contract with the Alder Hey Innovation Centre – the dedicated innovation arm of Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust, one of the United Kingdom's most recognised children's hospitals. The project, focused on developing and validating S2S Family within the hospital's clinical environment, was delivered successfully. In parallel, the Alder Hey clinical innovation panel independently shortlisted S2S Family as a 2021 Healthtech finalist – an external peer evaluation conducted entirely by the hospital's own panel. Together, the paid engagement and the independent recognition represent a double institutional signal: commercial confidence and clinical endorsement from a Tier 1 NHS institution, confirming the cross-border relevance of Neolook's family-connection platform at an early stage of commercialisation.
