Leiden UMC deploys S2S Family 2.0 across 17 beds – Neolook's fifth Dutch hospital reference

In June 2023, Leiden UMC completed a full institutional deployment of Neolook's medical-grade S2S suite – S2S Family 2.0, Neolook One, and S2S Professional (in pilot mode) – across 17 beds, following a structured proefplaatsing and formal go-live. The deployment, validated by a post-deployment clinical staff survey and confirmed by a hospital press release, demonstrated that the suite met the procurement, IT security, and clinical governance standards of one of the Netherlands' eight university medical centres. Leiden UMC became Neolook's fifth Dutch hospital reference alongside UMC Utrecht, establishing a replicable institutional deployment pattern. The combination of bed count, staff validation, and public hospital endorsement marks this as a production-grade commercial proof point.
