• Ensure traceability of all materials and services.
• Report immediately any issue that could affect patient or healthcare worker safety.
3 Data Protection & Confidentiality
• Protect personal and health data in line with GDPR.
• Keep all confidential information secure and only use it for agreed purposes.
4 Ethical Business Practices
• Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, fraud, or improper gifts.
• Compete fairly and comply with all trade and competition laws.
• Disclose and avoid conflicts of interest.
5 Environmental Responsibility
• Comply with environmental laws and reduce waste, emissions, and resource use.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous substances safely.
6 Governance & Accountability
• Protect intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Follow all trade, customs, and sanction regulations.
• Allow audits and cooperate with compliance checks.
7 Our Commitment Together
By supplying Neolook, you confirm compliance with this Code and commit to applying these standards across your own supply chain. Where local law is less strict, the higher standard applies.
